Task Requests Create Accountability
Ever ask someone to do something, they agree and then...nothing happens? Coule Task Requests are a lightweight and effective way to make asks trackable. Like a calendar invite, it's much harder to forget a request was made when it's being tracked.
Anyone can send anyone else a Task Request in Coule – there doesn't need to be a project or ticket system set up. Once accepted, the status of the request can be viewed by the requester and, if accountability is enabled, the requester can get status updates from the recipient as they work on the task.
Initiatives Create Visibility
Managers spend so. much. time. getting and then presenting visibility for their teams. Managers and their bosses need to keep informed, but the act of informing is wildly time consuming and doesn't make anyone a dime. That's where Coule's Initiatives comes in.
Initiatives aggregate task requests and tasks, and provide at-a-glance status and summarization of activity for all of those task requests and tasks. Coule uses AI to summarize journal entries made to requested tasks associated with an Initiative. You (or your boss) can look at an Initiative and instantly get a feel for what's going on. Which means you don't need a meeting about it.
